At Aqara, we stand behind the quality of our smart home technology and offer a 30-day window for returns on all devices in their original condition. We aim to ensure your home automation experience is seamless, providing easy exchanges or full refunds if a product doesn't meet your expectations.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aqara account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
